Does anyone know who long you need to wait for cashing out again for Opinion Outpost?

The maximum limit says $20, so I couldn't cash out all of what I have. I thought ok maybe I have to wait the next day (tomorrow) and cash out some of the rest. I tried but couldn't. Do I need to wait a few more days or what?
