Card stealers on Swagbucks?

Today I registered in Swagbucks and started looking for some tasks to complete. I clicked on the OfferToro offers and found an offer called "QuickOrange - Free Trial"(picture 1). I had to to start a free trial(with valid CC ofc) on a video steaming service that was called "Smash Table"(picture 2). I could earn 420SB for this, so i clicked on the offer. I got to this website and I immediately suspected that something was wrong because I had never heard of this site, and the site had "1,300,000" reviews. Apart from that, the site itself looked strange. I got curious, so I've used a credit card number generator and 10 minute mail to type in fake data(picture 3). When I pressed "continue", the website showed me an error message, and invited me to their "recommended alternative"(picture 4). When i pressed continue again, it just took me to a scam ad page(picture 5). This was exactly what was i expecting. When i clicked on this offer again, it showed me the same website again, but the name changed to "Movie Tonight" (all the screenshots were taken on movie tonight, because I wasn't screenshotting the first time I registered there). After that, I clicked on the offer again, and the website name changed to "Movie River"(Picture 6). Has anyone encountered this site? Is this common on Swagbucks? P.S. Sorry for my bad English.
