Beer money that pay in euros

Hello y'all, does anyone have any advice for websites that work in europe as well? Most of the sites posted here seem to be aimed at Americans, and most of them pay in dollars. Unfortunately at my own expenses, I discovered that getting money transfered from dollars to euros is a pain and that you loose so much money in the conversion rate that it's almost not worth it anymore. Hence, I was wondering whether anyone knew about websites that paid in euros.

I know how to edit stuff, speak like 4 languages (I know translation work is paid crap but I ain't looking to make bank). I work full time but remotely and work is super slow lately, so I have quite a bit of time!
