Userinterviews - time to first job?

How long was it before you got a study? I've had success on Respondent 8 or 9 times now in 2 months, but nothing on UserInterviews. I've applied for perhaps 30 studies at this point. Is there some sort of hidden rating system that makes it hard to get those first jobs?
