Radial Insights?

Is Radial Insight Receipt Rewards still working for anyone? Last time I was able to submit a receipt was 11 months ago. Incidentally it was my first and only transmission - got $23 from it too because it was just a massive dump of 2-3 yrs worth of receipts. But now, Amazon receipts don't get transmitted anymore, and trying to submit Target receipts just results in an error ("There was an error sending the invoice to Radial Insight).
