Neevo/Defined Crowd contact info

Hi, can someone tell me how to contact them? I sent an email to the address they send from, but it got returned. I looked thru the FAQ's but didn't see it. I want to contact them regarding the spontaneous dialog project where you had to converse with a stranger. Did anyone else participate and not get full credit? Thank you!
