Mistplay night owl badge not registering play time.

I have been playing the same game, Tiles Hop, for easily 20 minutes and my night owl badge still says 0 minutes. I'm in GMT time zone and I was told battery savers mess up the time registering, so I turned off all those. Genuinely confused, I would be very grateful if anyone could help. Also worth mentioning that it is registering and giving me GXP.
