Has anyone redeemed a physical item using the Current Music App?

I have enough points for the wireless headphones and am wondering

  1. Will there be any shipping charges? And if so, will the app tell me how much they are before I have finalized redeeming the item? Or are my point gone as soon as I click redeem?
  2. Are the headphones any good?

I am trying to decide if I should get the headphones or just redeem $10 into my Paypal, since I have enough points to do either.
