Appen log-in doesn't work

Hope someone can help me out or has the same problem, I created a new Appen account and tried to do the "Welcome to appen" task. It wants me to log in but even though I type in the right password (I know for sure because i resetted and copy-pasted it several times now) it tells me wrong user information. Their support won't answer. I'm technically logged in and can change my password in settings but it won't let me log in to complete tasks.
