Gg2u requiring an ID

I saw a comment on a post that GG2U requires some sort of Identification like a driver's license at payout. Is this something I need to do everytime or is it something that only needs to happen when multiple accounts are detected in an IP Address? If it doesn't detect multiple accounts on the same IP address does that mean I can proceed without having to present Identification?
