What does the standing on Raadz mean?

Is it a specific indicator of our performance or timing on rating the ad? Or is it related to the ad itself? All of the ads I did, the "standing" is below the minimum percentile to get payment and I can't figure out if it's something I did or within the ad performance itself. I don't know if I'll keep using this site if none of the ads are even going to pay out.
