Surveytime not paying me anymore

Hi guys,

I've using Surveytime for 2 month now. I got many surveys and the site pay me just fine until recently.

My payment from 16th December until now still pending approval (more than 48 hours). Not sure what happened. I did email the support but no reply. I there anyone experience the same?
