Paypal is giving away $10 to users. No requirements besides it takes 72hrs for the funds to be delivered (limited)
Just got an email from them yesterday about it. It was auto-sorted into my "Promotions" folder in gmail so I totally missed it. Just claimed it and will get it in my account in 72hr. Only catch is that only the first 141,000 people can claim it.
I think this link should work if you can't find it in your email (not a ref link): [removed] I would just check your emails. Make sure to look in Promotions if you use gmail
