PayPal IRS taxes (but not from the U.S.)

Hello,

I barely make something with some beer money (less than $300 a year) but PayPal sent me a mail, in Spanish (my language), that I must confirm my condition as tax payer to comply with the IRS and the country I live, and that to them the 1099-K will be sent if I reach the tax limits. Then there's only a button at the end of the mail to confirm my condition as tax payer. What should I do?
