I am UNABLE to WITHDRAW MONEY from MicroWorkers through their WITHDRAWL Methods!

I tried to withdraw money from microworkers but was not able to.. I did not wanted to wait for pin so went for the airtm withdrawal method.. After 2 weeks I did not received the money . So i cancelled the withdrawal and when the money was refunded made another withdrawal but still did not received the money even after a month. Is there any other way i could possible get my money out. Is it possible for me to give other people job so that they transfer me 2/3 of the money i pay them for doing the job.. anything possible to withdraw! what should i do!
