How does the TrasncribeMe account activation process work?

Hello! I've passed on TranscribeMe's the entrance exam and I have already uploaded my ID as requested, but so far it seems my account has not been activated. It's been almos a month since I passed the exam and one week since I uploaded my ID to my account. Is there anyone else here who can give me more information about their account activation process? How long does it take to activate my account? Do I get an e-mail to let me know when I can start work? I'm kinda lost and can't find onformations on their FAQ.
