Gain.gg withdraw issues

I’m not verified on gain.gg so withdraws are not immediately. Also side note how do you get verified I have earned over 20 000 coins and have had an account since 2019. I’ve tried twice to withdraw and after a day or two my coin are returned with no explanation. Has anyone else had this issue? Has anyone had success with support?
