Charitable donations

So the offer I saw that sparked this post was a 3000 SB offer for a $19 donation to ASPCA. My question is just, in these situations like this is the money coming from Swagbucks/the partner, or the charity itself? Seems like an easy/good way to make a quick $11 but I'll feel like a dick if any of the money being paid to me comes from the actual charity
