Question about signing up for survey websites.

I just joined this subreddit to help make a little extra cash in my spare time. I used survey websites and this might be a stupid question I was wondering is it allowed to have accounts with the same email on different survey websites. so let's say I sign up for Swagbucks and I also wanna try inbox dollars or etc. can I use both sites? I remember a long time ago on some forum hearing someone say survey websites only want you using one site but I think I misread what they were saying.
