Pinecone Research egift cards issue
Usually I redeem my points on Pinecone Research for Amazon electronic gift cards and the order is fulfilled within 5-10 minutes. However, my most recent order is not completed yet when I redeemed my points yesterday afternoon. I submitted a support ticket, but received a generic reply in return. Anyone in a similar situation?
