Pactera Edge One Forma payments

I'm having issues with this company delaying my payments, anyone else? First, they changed their stupid rules so now I have to have over $10 in order for them to transfer the money which wasn't the case before. Also they used to take about 2 weeks to payout. Now I've been waiting for over 3 months to receive close to 20 bucks & still no money & they're taking their sweet time replying!! What a joke!!
