multiple uber eats accounts problems, can anyone help?

I've been trying to take advantage of the £10 off inital offer by making new accounts but as soon as I get to the payment stage and pay with a card (I made a new virtual card with monzo that hadn't been used before) it stops the process and removes all of my promotions.

Does anyone know exactly what it's flagging? the card holders address?

if I use paypal and pay from my balance would that work or would it just then flag my paypal account so it could only be used once?

the gift card balance would be a nice idea but annoying you can only buy them in amounts of £25 minimum
