How does it take for UHRS hitapps to approve?

Hey guys, im new to clickworker and UHRS so I want to ask how does it take for the hitapps to pay? The hitapps had been in-production in my report for a week now and I just want to know how long it takes them to approve them so I can be comfortable in spending more time on it. Thanks
