Does the clickworker not pay the approved Hits if the SPAM accuracy goes down too much?

Does the clickworker not pay the approved Hits if the SPAM accuracy goes down too much or does it just prevent you from continuing to do the others?

It's my first time using the clickworker / UHRS .
