Appen UHRS WLID Confusion

Hi guys, is anyone working on appen UHRS? I am trying to work on their uhrs project but I can't seem to figure out where to get my WLID (that I made specifically for Appen) registered, without which we are not allowed to judge on uhrs. I tried to click on WLID instructions on the project page, but it just returns me to the all projects main page. Would really appreciate some help with this.
