AFK Arena Offer on Swagbucks for 2500 SB?

I've been looking into some of the offers on SB and found one for AFK Arena. I've never played this game, know nothing about it.

What I see is shown here which is mostly about getting a Legendary+ character in 12 days. Is that possible? If so, easy? Costly?

I've seen some of these game offers are easy and free (Forge of Empires, get to Iron Age for example) while others are difficult and possible to do freely (Rise of Kingdoms, City Hall to 16 for example) but there's plenty of variation.

What say you?
