Where could I hire a podcast editor?

I know there's a lot of people here who do editing as their side hustles and I was hoping to get either site or personal recommendations where to hire an audio editor. My brother and I started a science themed podcast for fun but I realized how poorly skilled I am at Audacity and I just can't get through the editing process alone. I've had bad experiences previously with Fivr so I'm not sure if I can trust that site again.
