Vindale payment system!!

I requested my first $50 payment on 21st/22nd of October this month. Vindale's payment date was 23rd october! I have linked my verified paypal account with the site. But Vindale didn't transact my earnings yet!! Weren't they supposed to pay me on 23rd? Or am I missing something basic here? Can someone provide some info here?
