Trying to sign up for swag bucks?

I am trying to sign up for swag bucks and it tells me my email has already been used and to log in. I don’t remember signing up. But I tried to log in and it told me my password was incorrect. I asked to change password and it said sent to the email except it didn’t. I tried the whole process with a different email of mine and it told me the same exact thing? I don’t wanna have to make a brand new email but this is very stranger. I don’t remember any time I’ve ever signed up for Swagbucks and there are no emails from prior in my indox?
