Regarding UpVoice and Chrome Extension

I know that UpVoice's Chrome Extension has been taken down recently from the web store. However, when I did a search on the web store, I found this link. I am able to download it without my browser removing it automatically.

However, is this extension really UpVoice's? Because I have not gotten any email from UpVoice saying that they have changed extensions, and the links in UpVoice's web pages still redirect me to the one that was taken down.

I also contacted UpVoice to be sure, but since I just sent them the email, I have not gotten a response yet.
