Pinecone Research Sign-up Issues?

Hi,

I signed up to Pinecone Research recently and just got an email a few hours ago saying I was in and that there was a link in the email for my first survey. However, there's no link in the email to complete any survey and the password it says is there also seems to be missing. Additionally, trying to reset my password with the user ID they gave me just gives an error.

I've already used the "contact us" form on their site and will hopefully hear back soon, but has anybody else experienced anything like this?
