Is verified paypal accounts still a thing?

I can't seem to find a clear answer on this, none of the methods people used to check seem to work right now, as they all lead into myaccount/settings

I really do not care about it because I don't plan no linking a bank account but a friend was looking for a verified account today and it seems no one knows if they are verified or not.
