Testable Minds $ Transfer to Paypal?

I have just enough to withdraw from Testable Minds. Has anyone ever transferred money from TM to Paypal? The site recommends joining Revolut because it says PP will charge "hefty fees." Transferring to Paypal is most convenient for me, but would like to avoid fees as the amount I am withdrawing isn't very much. Can anyone confirm or deny whether or not PP will actually charge me fees for this transfer?
