MTurks workaround without proof of address?

I got accepted for MTurks a bit ago, and when I went to fill out my information, it required both a proof of address (specifying utility bill) and an ID.

The ID is no problem since I have my license, but the proof of address isn't something I can get; I live with my dad, everything is in his name, and we also don't get "utility bills" because it all goes through our complex, they take care of everything for us. When I got my license, I had to bring in something from my lease, showing I lived there since we don't have utility bills. Any idea of that would work for MTurk? Does anyone else know any way to do it? Or anyone I can contact at Amazon to figure it out?
