How do I report my $$$ made on taxes?

Sorry if this has been asked before -- I started using UserTesting and will probably make over $400 on it by the end of the year. How do I go about properly reporting it on my taxes? I thought I read somewhere $400 was the max you could earn without having to report... links to good info would be great!

I live in the US, btw.
