Fetch rewards not letting me log in

I logged out of my account, and when I went to log back in, it said my password is wrong. This is strange since I'm sure I entered them correctly but I clicked "forgot my password" to change it.

I then went to the email that was sent to me and clicked "change my password". It brought me to a page saying im "not authorized to do that". So now im locked out of my account. Do any of you guys know what I should do?
