Problem with the uTest platform

Hi everyone.

I signed up to uTest a few days ago as I thought it sounded quite promising. I have made my account and can log into it without issue, but whenever I try to do something that involves the uTest Platform (adding a payment method, changing my profile etc) I encounter this issue where the page just keeps continuously trying to reload and the screen is just blank. I've tried this on my phone, my laptop and a family member's phone and the same thing keeps happening. I contacted support but got nothing back as of yet. I was just wondering if maybe this is an issue for everyone recently, or if it's just me maybe somebody would have a recommendation on how to fix this issue. Thank you everyone.
