May I have any opinion on Course Hero Tutor sideline?

Hello guys, I'm from the Philippines and I am in my first week of online tutoring in Course Hero. I have answered 41 questions and have an unpaid sum of 101 USD. Can I have any opinion or insight if they are legitimate or not? Because most of the review I have seen were negative.
