I just signed up and did the first study tutorial thing, but when I submit it and refresh, it says I still need to reserve a spot. What am I doing wrong?

Exactly what the title says. I just signed up and did the first study and when I refreshed it doesn't show up in my submissions and I have to take it again. I've done it 3 times already. Edit: for Prolific.
