Question about dscout

Hi! I've just started dscout. I have done a few videos, and all were rejected.

I was wondering how high the quality of video needs to be to be approved. Does it matter what I look or sound like? I'm pretty shy on webcam videos, and not the prettiest - do things like that matter?
