PayPal is officially dead

During the new year, PayPal fully rolled out the balance verification update. You can no longer hold a balance in a US account, you must submit your information and two forms of ID in order to use the balance feature. You can still receive money, but you must transfer it to a bank or eligible card. I tried making 3 accounts today and they all had the balance ban on it (1/4/19)

Time to move to (PayPal) Canada
