OnePoll taking longer to approve cash out?

Just wondering if anyone has cashed out from OnePoll recently? I use BACS and the payment is usually approved quite quickly - the longest time I waited for previous cashouts was 6 days. This time, its been over 3 weeks. I'm aware things might be slower due to rona and they do day 28 days but just interested to see if its happened to anyone else? Never taken this long to be approved before.
