need help from people rolling on YouTube cash!!

I live in a country where YouTube monetization is not available. My friend lives in a different country, South Korea. If i put both of the locations of my YouTube and Adsense account to South Korea, will i be able to transfer the money to my friend's bank account?is it possible?
