I've been having issues with low Hematocrit Levels when donating plasma

In my town, I've been going to BioLife Plasma Services to donate plasma. Unfortunately, July has been a shitty month. I've only been able to donate plasma once this month due to low hematocrit levels. My level was 38 and it needs to be a 39.

Has anyone had this issue? If you did how did you fix it?
