Is bar chart Racing videos can be monitized?

I started a YouTube channel making bar chart race videos, but I'm not sure YouTube Will consider this as original content. Channels like Data is beautiful is still running through ads. Just watched YouTube video where a Indian guy says these kind video's can't monetized. But he didn't had any clear proof for that. So I decided to Ask that question? If yes may be I'll start using my time on another kind of topic for YouTube channel?
