Brand new to beermoney / clickworker - question re: selfies

As title says, excuse my ignorance - new to this. Just finished UHRS assessment on clickworker, looking at the jobs listed, and surprised (and a bit horrified) to see jobs asking for pics of my child. Is this as weird as it sounds and do people just ignore those kinds of listings? Thanks for any context here.
