Help with paypal

-Hi, i just signed up to qmee, it seems like a very good site, only 1 problem, u can only cash out with paypal, and it needs to be verified, im 17 and I dont have a debit card, so what can I do to bypass this? I heard u can get a bitcoin card or something, but the sites i went on require passports and u to be 18+, is there a site that will give me a card, without asking all these weird questions? Thanks!
