Hello has anyone used FeaturePoints on here?

I’ve been waiting on a payout for over a week now and it’s still deemed as pending. I’ve tried getting in touch with them on a number of occasions but nobody has got back to me so really starting to think it’s a scam now. Hoping someone can give me some advice! 😊
