Exporting cookie data - is this safe?

For now I'm not going to post the company name, but I've pasted their email instructions below. They claim to be interested in some kind of ad metrics. Can someone who understands this stuff better tell me if this sounds like a good chance for some free money or if I should run away?

1: Go to Google.com (must use Google Chrome browser) and type in "edit this cookie" no spaces between the words are necessary.
2: After searching for "edit this cookie" in Google chrome, click on the first result on the top. This is the Google Chrome Extension for Edit This Cookie
3: Click on "Add To Chrome" on the top right and allow a few seconds for it to be added as an extension. (See website for illustrations).
4: You will notice a small cookie icon appear at the top right section of your browser. You are almost done.
5: Now simply just head over to Facebook, login and click on the cookie icon. (Must be on your personal profile page).
6: Once you click on the cookie icon while on your Facebook profile home page, you will notice the export arrow.

Click on the "export" arrow and that it should notify you that the cookies are copied to the clipboard.

Now simply paste it in and reply to this email (with the exported contents).

Also please include your PayPal email in the subject box (your 1st payment will be 30 days from when we receive your emailed cookie data).

Please make sure you respond to this email with the pasted cookie data you exported to enroll.
