Can I make money off of printer parts?

My friend has a rather large amount of brand-new printers that he wants to get rid of.

However, they are all missing the printing head so they can't be sold as printers. In most cases, the print head would almost cost as much as a new printer so I can't just buy print heads and install them. Is there any way that I can sell the parts somewhere? So far I've only found websites that buy circuit boards and such
